Passport Program

The Mobile Integrated Team (MIT) is an innovated partnership model that provides direct hands-on support to adults with a developmental disability. Support is flexible, mobile, and responsive.
Pastoral Care Services
Worship services are brought to care centres in the community through a coordinated effort from Pastoral Care Workers, Lutheran Clergy, and many dedicated volunteers.
